Illustration with sample data.
From checkout to doorstep, everything stays in sync.
Your warehouse works from the same orders your store sees, and your store hears back the moment something ships.
Orders are routed
Paid, shippable orders go to the warehouse that serves their location. Nothing to export.
Shipments are tracked
Tracking from the warehouse fulfills the order in Shopify and your customer is notified.
Inventory stays updated
Warehouse stock counts update Shopify, so you don't sell what isn't on the shelf.
Built for the handoff that matters.
Give your warehouse the right orders with the right details, and know where each one stands without chasing anyone.
- Only paid, shippable orders reach the warehouse
- Each warehouse sees only its own Shopify location
- Edits and cancellations after a pull are sent to the warehouse
- Tracking fulfills the order and notifies your customer
- Order placed in ShopifyOct 28, 10:14 AM

Keep your stock accurate.
When your warehouse counts stock, it sends the numbers and Shopify is updated for that location, so you don't oversell.
- Counts per SKU and location, many in one request
- SKU mapping for marketplace SKUs
- Each warehouse can only set stock at its own location

How WarehouseSync works
You set it up in Shopify admin. Your warehouse gets one link with everything it needs.
Install and connect
Add WarehouseSync from the Shopify App Store. It opens on a short setup wizard.
Set up your warehouse
Pick your 3PL and the location it ships from, choose a plan with a 14-day trial, and send your warehouse a setup link.
Let it run
Orders go out, tracking and stock come back. You get an email if anything needs you.
Everything between your store and your 3PL
The highlighted badges show which plans include each feature.
Order feed to your warehouse
Your warehouse pulls new and partially shipped orders as XML or JSON, and hears about cancellations and edits.
Tracking & fulfillment write-back
Shipments confirmed by the warehouse are fulfilled in Shopify with tracking, and the customer is notified.
Warehouse location filter
Only send orders assigned to the Shopify location your warehouse ships from.
Inventory sync
Stock levels counted by the warehouse update Shopify automatically.
Marketplace orders
Amazon, Walmart and Target orders from Shopify Marketplace Connect, tagged by channel.
SKU mapping
Translate marketplace SKUs to your Shopify SKUs.
Bundle / kit auto-close
When the warehouse ships a kit as one item, close the rest of that bundle too.
Change notices and alerts
The warehouse hears about orders edited or cancelled after it pulled them, and you get an email if it stops pulling.
What WarehouseSync does, and what it doesn't
So you know before you install whether it fits how you ship.
It does
- Send paid, shippable orders to your warehouse as XML or JSON
- Keep cancelled, on-hold and unpaid orders off the warehouse feed
- Tell the warehouse when an order it already received is edited or cancelled
- Fulfill orders in Shopify with the tracking number the warehouse sends
- Update Shopify stock from warehouse counts (Growth, Pro)
- Give each warehouse access to its own Shopify location only
- Email you if the warehouse stops pulling orders
It doesn't
- Buy shipping labels or show shipping rates at checkout
- List your products on Amazon or other marketplaces. It ships marketplace orders that already arrive in Shopify
- Handle orders a marketplace fulfills itself, such as Amazon FBA
- Keep copies of your customers’ personal data. Orders are passed straight through
- Replace your warehouse system. Your warehouse needs a system that can call an HTTPS API
One API for every store you ship for.
Each merchant sends you a setup link with the API address and a secret for that one store. The merchant can revoke it at any time.
- Pull orders as XML or JSON
- Confirm shipments with tracking in one request
- Post stock counts per SKU and location
- Get change notices for edited or cancelled orders, signed with HMAC
# Pull orders waiting to ship GET /api/{store}.myshopify.com/v1/orders.json Authorization: Bearer {secret} # Check for orders that changed after you pulled them GET /api/{store}.myshopify.com/v1/changes.json # Confirm a shipment with tracking POST /api/{store}.myshopify.com/v1/fulfillment-confirmation.json { "orderId": 5551234567890, "trackingNumber": "1Z84A2…", … } # Send stock counts POST /api/{store}.myshopify.com/v1/inventory.json
Built to pass customer data through, not keep it
No customer records
Order details are read from Shopify when your warehouse asks and passed straight through.
A secret per store
Each warehouse connection has its own secret. Revoke it in the app and access stops at once.
Encrypted
HTTPS for every request. The Shopify access token is encrypted at rest.
Shopify billing
Plans are charged on your Shopify invoice. Change or cancel from inside the app.

Common questions
Short answers to what merchants ask most. More in the full FAQ.
Which warehouses and 3PLs does it work with?
Any warehouse or 3PL whose system can call an HTTPS API. It can read orders as XML or JSON and send back shipments and stock counts. The integration guide shows every request with samples.
Do I need a developer?
Not on your side. You set everything up inside Shopify admin and send your warehouse one setup link. Your warehouse connects its own system to the API, the same way it connects to other stores it ships for.
Which orders reach the warehouse?
Paid orders with items left to ship, assigned to the location you chose. Cancelled, on-hold, unpaid and unshippable orders, and digital items, stay off the feed.
What if an order changes after the warehouse pulled it?
The warehouse is told: a cancellation says stop the shipment, an address change sends the new address, and an item change asks it to re-read the order. You also get an email, so nothing ships that shouldn't.
Can I use more than one warehouse?
Yes. Give each warehouse its own Shopify location. Each one gets its own secret and only sees the orders and stock for that location.
How am I billed?
Through Shopify. The charge appears on your Shopify invoice, monthly or yearly. Paying yearly gets you two months free.
