By installing WarehouseSync you agree to these terms with LeaderSol Technologies LLC.
The service
The app connects a Shopify store to a warehouse or 3PL the merchant chooses. The merchant is responsible for the warehouse relationship and for keeping the API secrets they issue confidential.
Billing
Paid plans are billed by Shopify on the merchant's Shopify invoice, monthly or annually, after a 14-day free trial. Plans can be changed or cancelled at any time from the app; Shopify prorates changes. If a payment fails, the connection keeps working for 7 days before paid features pause.
Availability
We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it. Warehouses should retry failed requests as described in the integration docs.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees paid for the app in the three months before a claim.
Termination
The merchant may uninstall at any time. We may suspend access for abuse or non-payment.
